Water Tanker

The Kademe Water Tanker and Sprinkler Truck is available in five models, from the KDM A3000 to the KDM A18000, with tank capacities ranging from 3,000 lt to 18,000 lt depending on the selected chassis and operational requirements. The water tank is manufactured from high-strength ST 52 steel. All internal and external surfaces are coated with epoxy or electrostatic paint to provide long-term protection against rust and wear.

The tank is designed with internal baffles that prevent water surging during transport, ensuring vehicle stability and safety. Thanks to its elliptical or cylindrical form, the tanker offers optimal balance and water flow control. The rear tank cover is fully sealed and can be opened for maintenance when needed.

Each tanker is equipped with a filling port, drain valve and overflow protection. Additionally, the tank can be pressurized for high-pressure water spraying applications. These core features allow the vehicle to function effectively across a wide range of municipal and industrial applications.

The Kademe Water Tanker and Sprinkler Truck is equipped with a high-performance water pump delivering 1,500 lt/min at 10 bar, allowing for both soft irrigation and powerful jet spraying.

The system can be powered via PTO (Power Take-Off) from the vehicle’s transmission, or optionally through an auxiliary engine. This dual-drive option ensures operational flexibility in various conditions.

A front irrigation system is standard, and rear water distribution valves are available as an option. The sprinkler units are adjustable in both height and angle, allowing operators to perform roadside irrigation, dust suppression or wide-area spraying with precision. A manual or hydraulic directional valve system enables quick switching between front, rear and side nozzles.

Thanks to its pressurized structure and the standard water and foam monitor, the vehicle can also be used as a high-capacity water cannon. This makes it suitable for emergency interventions such as fire response, street washing or large-area disinfection.

One such system is a vacuum pump, which enables the vehicle to draw water from external sources such as ponds or cisterns. This pump, usually driven by PTO or an auxiliary engine, allows the tanker to refill even in areas without hydrant infrastructure.

An integrated ladder and anti-slip walkways allow safe access for inspection and maintenance. The tank’s manhole cover is made of durable material and is tightly sealed to prevent contamination or spillage. A level gauge is included to monitor water volume in real time.

For nighttime and low-visibility operations, two cylindrical top warning lamps are fitted, and the vehicle can be equipped with LED work lights, increasing visibility and safety. Rearview camera systems and side sensors are also available for enhanced driver awareness and maneuverability in urban environments.
