2. Forms and contact

Our quote, contact and product request forms ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, organisation, country and the details of your request. This information is sent to the sales or service team that will handle your request and is used only to answer it, prepare a quotation and manage the sales process. If you would like to receive campaign and product news from us, we ask for your separate consent.

When you click the WhatsApp button on the site you are taken to Meta’s WhatsApp service. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply to messages you send there.

3. Information security

All connections between the site and your browser are encrypted (HTTPS). The site is protected against attacks by a content delivery network and a firewall, and server access is limited to authorised staff and service providers. Information you send through a form is seen only by the authorised employees handling your request. These measures are part of the technical and organisational safeguards we take under Article 12 of the KVKK.

5. Embedded content and external links

The map on our contact page is loaded from Google Maps and may use Google’s own cookies. YouTube videos in our video gallery do not load until you press play, and they open in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Social media icons and dealer links on the site take you to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies before sharing information.

6. How to manage your cookie choices

When you first visit the site, the cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice later with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work properly.
