About the range
Kademe Truck Towed Road Sweepers
URAL is a towed sweeping machine for fleets that already run trucks. It has its own diesel engine to drive the brushes, conveyor, and water pump. A hydraulic towbar moves up and down, so you can disconnect the sweeper when the truck is needed for other work.
How does the URAL sweep?
URAL is a mechanical sweeper. A 1,000 mm side brush and a 900 mm rear brush move debris to a hydraulic feeding screw. A 700 mm rubber belt conveyor with 24 rubber scrapers then carries it up into the body. Fourteen water nozzles keep dust down, fed by 1,200 lt of water in two 600 lt tanks.
Which engine and setup can you choose?
URAL is available with a 95 hp Tümosan diesel engine (Tier 3 and EU Stage 3A) or a 130 hp Perkins turbo diesel engine (EU Stage 2). It can be built with 2 or 3 wheels. The driver starts the engine, switches the lights, and starts sweeping from the truck cab with a remote control.
The maximum transport speed is 40 km/h, and the curb weight is about 4,000 kg. With a sweeping capacity of 70,400 m²/h, URAL has the highest sweeping capacity in the Kademe range.

Yes. URAL collects debris with brushes, a feeding screw, and a 700 mm rubber belt conveyor instead of a suction fan. Its sweeping width is 3,000 to 3,200 mm.
A towed sweeper works with a truck you already own, so you do not need a dedicated sweeper chassis. When the sweeping shift ends, you disconnect it and use the truck for other work.
URAL is built for wide urban roads, industrial zones, and large parking lots. Its 3,000 to 3,200 mm path is wider than the standard 2,150 to 2,450 mm width of Kademe truck mounted sweepers.
URAL can be built with 2 or 3 wheels and with a Tümosan or Perkins engine. For other requirements, Kademe sales engineers review your fleet and reply within 24 hours.
