Our 5.5 m³ vacuum street sweeper delivers high efficiency across a wide range of applications, from urban cleaning services to industrial facilities.

This system, which can be mounted on carriers with a minimum capacity of 12 tons, combines powerful vacuum performance, a wide sweeping area and low fuel consumption to offer both high performance and environmentally friendly operation.

General Features

Modular Superstructure Design

The modular superstructure design makes the sweeper compatible with various vehicle types and cleaning scenarios.

10% Inclined Stainless Water Tank

Positioned with a 10% incline under the hopper, the AISI 304 stainless steel water tank allows waste to slide out easily, speeding up the unloading process and reducing operator fatigue.

Durable and Maintenance-Friendly Fiber Panels

Fiber service panels located on both sides provide quick and safe access to the auxiliary engine and hydraulic systems without the need to lift the entire superstructure.

High-Pressure Washing System (20 lt / 100 bar)

The optional high-pressure washing system delivers efficient dust suppression with minimal water usage, supporting both environmental responsibility and resource optimization.

Ergonomic Control Panel and Portable Remote

The in-cabin control panel is intuitive and easy to use, giving the operator full control of the sweeper’s functions. A portable remote control allows external operation, enhancing flexibility during complex tasks.

Sweeping and Suction Systems

High-Performance Brushes

The Ø 450 mm side brushes and Ø 400 mm x 1,300 mm central brush operate at 200 and 160 rpm respectively. The standard sweeping width of 2,450 mm can be extended to 3,500 mm with the optional simultaneous dual suction.

Vacuum Hose and Suction Capacity

Equipped with a Ø 250 mm vacuum hose and a 750 mm wide suction nozzle, this street sweeper collects large debris efficiently. The system offers a sweeping capacity of up to 36,750 m² per hour.

Auxiliary Engine and Fan System

Powerful Perkins Diesel Engine (EU Stage V)

The 3.6 lt, 4-cylinder, water-cooled Perkins engine delivers 121 hp (90 kW) and 500 Nm of torque. Operating at low rpm for maximum fuel efficiency, it ensures quiet, eco-friendly performance compliant with EU Stage V emission standards. A 3.9 lt Tümosan diesel engine with 115 hp (86 kW) is available as an option.

Heavy-Duty Suction Fan

The dynamically balanced, multi-vane, corrosion-resistant fan operates between 2,700 and 3,400 rpm, generating powerful and stable vacuum suction. The system can be configured with a clutch or torque converter drive based on application needs.

Water and Hydraulic Capacity

Equipped with a 1,550 lt stainless steel water tank and a 75 lt hydraulic oil reservoir, the unit supports long operating times and demanding workloads.

Optional Equipment

The system can be equipped with a high-pressure washing system, a front bumper road washing unit, an additional AISI 304 water tank (if the cabin-to-body space allows), a 5 m rear suction hose with boom and a magnetic debris collector for added functionality.
