About the Road Sweeper 6,5 m³

This high-performance vacuum road sweeper with a 6.5 m³ capacity was developed by Turkish engineers for large-scale cleaning operations. Its high-volume waste container, powerful engine, high vacuum capacity and operator-focused control systems make it an ideal solution for municipalities, industrial zones, airports and highway maintenance teams.

The system can be mounted on vehicles with a minimum capacity of 15 tons and stands out with its EU Stage V engine.

General Features

Large Capacity and Durable Superstructure

The 6.5 m³ waste container and 3 to 4 ton payload capacity enable uninterrupted operation in extended cleaning tasks. The welded steel body ensures durability, with an optional stainless steel version available for harsher environments.

1,800 lt Integrated Stainless Steel Water Tank

The 1,800 lt AISI 304 stainless steel water tank is integrated with the waste container, providing ample capacity for washing and dust suppression while also helping balance the vehicle’s weight.

Sloped Container Base

The container base is positioned with a slope, allowing waste to flow out easily during emptying without accumulating inside. This speeds up the process and reduces labour time.

High-Pressure Washing System (20 lt / 100 bar)

Available as an option, this system enhances the efficiency of the brushes by suppressing dust and pre-cleaning surfaces while keeping water consumption at an optimal level.

Fiber Service Covers for Easy Maintenance

Service covers located on both sides provide safe and quick access to the auxiliary engine, fan and hydraulic components. Maintenance can be performed without lifting the superstructure.

Advanced Operator Experience

The ergonomic in-cabin control panel, portable remote control and camera system with an in-cabin screen give the operator full control and safe maneuvering even in tight areas.

Sweeping and Vacuum Systems

Wide Sweeping Range

The sweeper is equipped with Ø 450 mm side brushes and a Ø 400 mm x 1,300 mm middle brush, all driven by hydraulic motors. The standard sweeping width of 2,450 mm can be extended to 3,500 mm with optional simultaneous dual suction.

High-Power Vacuum Performance

The Ø 250 mm suction hose and 750 mm suction nozzle easily collect high-volume waste. The heavy-duty fan operates at 2,700 to 3,400 rpm and provides a sweeping capacity of up to 36,750 m²/h.

Auxiliary Engine and Fan System

3.6 lt Perkins Diesel Engine (EU Stage V)

The 4-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine delivers 121 hp (90 kW) and 500 Nm of torque. Fully compliant with EU Stage V emission standards, it ensures quiet, fuel-efficient operation at low engine speeds.

Industrial-Grade Vacuum Fan

Made of corrosion-resistant materials and dynamically balanced, the multi-blade fan operates with a torque converter or clutch system and delivers stable performance under harsh conditions.

75 lt Hydraulic Oil Tank

The hydraulic reservoir ensures continuous and reliable power to all hydraulic components such as the fan and brush systems, making it suitable for long operations.

Optional Equipment

The sweeper can be configured with a front bumper road washing system, a 5 m wander hose with boom, a magnet, an additional water tank, adjustable side brush speed and in-cabin side brush positioning.
