About the URAL

The URAL truck-towed road sweeper is designed for high-capacity professional cleaning in both urban areas and large industrial environments. Key Features

High-Performance Construction

With an adjustable sweeping width between 3,000 mm and 3,200 mm, the URAL sweeper can clean up to 70,400 m² per hour. Measuring a maximum of 6,800 mm in length and 2,800 mm in width, with a dump height of 2,700 mm to 3,200 mm, it performs effectively in both wide and narrow spaces.

Large Tank Capacity

It is equipped with a 1,200 lt water tank (two 600 lt tanks), a 200 lt fuel tank and a 200 lt hydraulic oil tank, allowing uninterrupted cleaning over extended periods.

Sweeping and Water Spray System

Advanced Brush Mechanism

Ø 1,000 mm side brushes running at 0 to 150 rpm and a Ø 900 mm rear brush (1,150 mm long) running at 0 to 200 rpm are driven by hydraulic motors for optimal surface contact, ensuring efficient debris collection.

High-Pressure Water Spray System

The system includes 14 spray nozzles (8 front, 6 rear) and a water pump with a flow rate of 20 lt/min at up to 100 bar, suppressing dust and ensuring a more hygienic cleaning process.

Engine and Transmission

Powered by a 3.9 lt, 4-cylinder, water-cooled Tümosan diesel engine, the URAL delivers 95 hp (70 kW) at 2,300 rpm and 365 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm. It complies with EPA Tier 3 and EU Stage 3A emission standards.

Conveyor and Transfer System

A 700 mm wide ribbed rubber conveyor belt is driven by three toothed rubber belts and supported by 24 easily replaceable rubber scrapers. With an elevator belt of approximately 3,800 mm and a variable-speed conveyor, it provides a dump height of 2,700 mm to 3,200 mm for smooth waste unloading.

Operator Interface and Control Panel

All functions such as engine start/stop, lighting and sweeping controls can be managed from a remote control panel mounted in the towing truck’s cabin. Its user-friendly interface ensures safe and efficient operation in all environments.
